Vista Springs

This three-story facility in Macedonia, Ohio, consists of 30 memory care units and 70 assisted living units. The memory care facility is on the ground floor and is divided into two neighborhoods, each with 15 units. Each neighborhood has its own "country kitchen" and dining area adjacent to a family-style living room. The living areas feature a central fireplace, aquarium, game tables, and large-screen TVs. Additionally, all common areas have direct access to patios for outdoor activities. The assisted living facility has a main common gathering area on the ground floor, designed to facilitate various social activities. These areas include a dining room with an adjacent pub, a theater with a stage, a central lounge, and a café for snacks. The administrative functions are housed in this area, along with the reception area and a personal care salon. The 70 spacious assisted living units are located on the second and third floors, along with additional common areas such as an exercise room, TV lounge, chapel, and a family visiting/dining room.
