Sovereign Village

This rural campus includes individual homes, four-unit rowhouses, and 62 apartments attached to an amenity-filled clubhouse, The clubhouse will feature game rooms, men’s and women’s club rooms, theater, indoor multi-purpose recreation, therapy and fitness, library, billiards, pub, and casual and formal dining. Attached to the clubhouse is an activity barn with a dog walk and wash, a garage/shop, and a greenhouse. There is a second-floor patio with bar and lounge areas, fire tables, and a bocce ball court. On the grounds surrounding the Clubhouse will be an outdoor dining patio, covered lounge spaces, a swimming pool with sun shelf and hot tub, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fire pit, croquet court, nature trails, and a large bark park. Also on the site is Bluebird assisted living, Crossroads Church, and the Butcher Block restaurant.
