Sanctuary at Brunswick

This new senior living community, which incorporates a comprehensive range of living and care options, is planned in Brunswick, Ohio. It will offer assisted living, memory care, and independent living apartments combined in a two story building with shared amenities. 44 luxury apartments will also be offered in a separate 3-story building for more active seniors. It features a fine dining room and gastro pub with chef-designed menu, a fitness gym, and a social gathering lounge with fireplace. Outdoor activities include a dining patio, bocce ball, a firepit conversation area and pickleball courts. Additionally, seven 4-unit single-story rowhouses complete with garages are placed in a more informal arrangement on the sloping site. All of the planned buildings will be designed in the classic craftsman style.
