Mapleview Country Villa

Mapleview Country Villa is a 100-bed nursing facility built on a large secluded campus in Chardon, Ohio. The site has some wetlands, which will be preserved, and adequate space to build a facility that has a large central courtyard and two 50-bed wings. All of the residents will have large private rooms placed along relatively short corridors that focus on large activity and dining spaces. These “common spaces” open onto the central courtyard as well as patios outside of the facility. A large therapy space is designed for in-patient and out-patient use near the facility's main entrance.
